Since an earlier incident in February 2004, two further failed springs have been reported. Authorised Engineer and persons should be advised of this notice and arrange inspection at earliest opportunity. Until inspection is undertaken reduce maximum load to 400A and restrict live switching ot 'no load' condition. Remote operation is advisable.
