In a recent incident, a patient died after using a shower head as a ligature point. The shower head in question may be described as 'vandal resistant' and could be similar to that in Figure 1 of Appendix A. It is very similar in design to that described and marketed as 'ligature resistant' type in figure 2. No specific manufacturer has been identified in this incident, and there may be a number of manufacturers with similar products
