This letter advises Health Authorities of a non recurring cash limit adjustment for 1997/98 for the management allowance costs for both full and preparatory year GP fundholders. The allocation at Annex A is over and above the initial allocations made in the 1997/98 Health Authority Revenue Cash Limits Exposition Book.
