Health Technical Memorandum 05-03: Operational provisions Part D: Commercial enterprises on healthcare premises

HTM 05-03: Part D replaces the existing Fire Practice Note 5 on Commercial Enterprises. This edition mainly re-brands the document from NHS Estates to DH. It also takes account of changes in legislation which have occurred recently.
