The attached booklet contains guidance for Conveners on their role in the NHS complaints procedure. This is based mainly on the experiences of Conveners themselves but has also had significant input from the Health Service Commissioner and colleagues in the Regional Offices of the NHS Executive. A copy of the booklet should be made available to the Convener(s) in your organisation. Further copies can be obtained as indicated on the inside cover of the booklet. Alternatively you may photocopy the booklet as required.
