This circular explains how the 2001/2002 Mental Health Grant (MHG) of £147.443 million breaks down between the core grant, the non-London Homeless Mentally Ill Initiative and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). It sets out the conditions attached to the core grant and individual councils' allocations. Details of the conditions attached to and allocations of CAMHS grant will follow in March. This circular also provides the forms required for the administration of MHG in 2001/2002 and the final audit forms for 2000/2001 and 2001/02.
