The Government is making £15.6 million of Mental Health Supplementary Credit Approvals (MHSCAs) available to local councils with social services responsibilities (CSSRs) in 2002/2003 to fund capital projects, which assist the development of comprehensive social care mental health services for adults. MHSCAs in 2002/03 will be valid for two years from 1 April 2002 to 31 March 2004. Action required by 3 May 2002.
