The NHS Cancer Plan set new cancer waiting time targets. Improvements have begun, through the Cancer Services Collaborative and local work to meet and monitor the 2000 and 2001 targets. This circular focuses on the further action that now needs to be taken towards delivering the 2002 and 2005 targets.
