This HSC notifies Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) of their recurrent revenue allocations for 2006-07 and 2007-08 (see Annex A of the circular). PCTs have already been informed of their 2005-06 allocations. This allocation informs them of two more years of funding, covering 2006-07 and 2007-08. This will allow PCTs to finalise agreement of their 2005-8 local delivery plans with local partners and with their SHAs.
