This circular provides details of the 2005-06 auditor certification arrangements for the following children's services grants: Choice Protects, Adoption Support and Special Guardianship, Integrated Children's System, Regional Development Workers and Looked After Children Field Force. This Circular should be cancelled on 30 December 2006.
LAC(2006)3 published 13 February 2006 was updated 21 July 2006 following a change agreed with the Audit Commission. The only change from the original is that the Integrated Children's Services Grant no longer requires auditor certification.
