This circular provides guidance on the administration and conditions attached to the Mental Health Supported Capital Expenditure (Revenue) (MHSCE(R) 2006/07. CSSRs' proposals for its use should be developed with PCTs and other relevant agencies taking account of user and carer interests.
CSSRs intending to use MHSCE(R) should complete and return:
- form SCE 1: by 30 June 2006
- form SCE 2: by 28 July 2006.
