Ring-fenced CSR revenue funding, to help with transitional costs incurred with the reprovision of people with learning disabilities from campus accommodation, is now being allocated. Please see the letter with the determination and conditions of the grant and allocations by local authority.

The 2007 CRS provided ring-fenced funding to local authorities of £96m campus revenue over three years from 2008/9.  LAC(DH)(2008)5 set out how the grant can be used. The revised Annex A shows allocations from April 2009 taking account of the two new unitary authorities. Directors of social care are reminded that those authorities in receipt of campus revenue must submit a statement of expenditure for 2008/9 by 30 May 2009 using the pro forma below.
