Also reminds them about the guidance on this subject set out in 'Working Together to Safeguard Children' and the guidance, "Enabling young people to access contraceptive and sexual health information and advice: legal and policy framework for social workers, residential social workers, foster carers, and other social care practitioners" (2004), published alongside this letter. Explains that further guidance will be issued in due course.
