This letter informs Local Authorities of their Supported Capital Expenditure (Revenue) (SCE(R)) - Single Capital Pot allocations for Adults' PSS for 2005/06. This circular should be cancelled on 31 March 2006. Details of the allocations, by Local Authority, are provided in Annex A to this circular.
