This letter informs local authorities of their Supported Capital Expenditure (Revenue) Single Capital Pot element allocations for Children's Personal Social Services for 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08. These can be found at Annex A.
This letter is for information only.Although many of the Department of Health's Children and Families functions have transferred to the Department for Education and Skills (DfES), these circulars will continue to be issued in the Local Authority Social Services Letter (LASSL) series for the forseeable future.
