This letter confirms additional allocations to Directors of Finance of CSSRs (Councils with Social Services Responsibilities).
CSSRs wishing to take up their allocations were asked in LAC (2005)12, to complete form SCE 1. CSSRs were also asked to bid for additional funding on form SCE 2. These bids have now been processed.
Due to an extremely high take-up of indicative allocations and strong demand for additional MHSCE(R), the Department of Health has only been able to increase allocations by a proportion of what was requested for first priority bids.
Annex A shows total allocations with a breakdown of confirmed uptake of initial allocation and additional allocations.
