Letter MISC (2000)15 informs opticians and ophthalmic medical practitioners of increases of: 3% in the NHS sight test fee and domiciliary fees with effect from 1 April 1999; and 2% in optical voucher values with effect from 1 April 2000. A Determination of the sight test fee and Directions for the increases in optical voucher values on behalf of the Secretary of State are annexed to the letter.
