Information on the extension of the availability of the meningitis C vaccine to people up to and including 24 years of age. Also included is revised advice on under the use of pneumococcal vaccine in at-risk groups aged 2 years. Equivalent to PL/CNO/2002/1 and PL/CPHO/2002/1.
