Inspection of social care services for disabled people London Borough of Harrow November 2003

This inspection of social care services for disabled people was carried out between 10-20 November 2003. Its purpose was to evaluate the effectiveness of the local council in working with partners in providing serviecs to adults aged 16 to 64 years with physical and sensory disabilities. It also looked at the appropriateness of support to family members or others who support them. Inspectors concluded that some people were receiving an appropriate and helpful service whilst others were not.
