This inspection took place between 30 September and 9 October 2003. The inspection report is presented in two parts. The first is a summary in accessible form. The second part gives a detailed account of findings, conclusions and recommendations. The report provides information on the organisation of learning disability services in Calderdale. Overall inspectors judged that some people were being served well. However, they judged that prospects for improvement were uncertain.
