These Directions were signed on 2 November 2006 but have effect as from 4 September 2006. The Directions introduce payment arrangements relating to Pneumococcal and HiB/MenC Booster Vaccinations and Pneumococcal Catch-up Campaign as announced in the CMO letter of 12 July 2006.
