Mental Health Bill - the Government's response to the report of the Joint Committee on Human Rights

The Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) conducted further scrutiny of the Mental Health Bill and published its report in February 2007. The Government sent a response to the report to the Chair of the Committee on 3 April 2007.

The JCHR conducted additional scrutiny of the Mental Health Bill in response to the Government reply to its February Report. This follow-up report was published in May 2007.  The Government sent a response to this report to the Chair of the Committee on 14 June 2007.
