These Directions were signed on 25 March 2008 and come into effect from 1 April 2008. The Directions amend Annex C to provide for the existing scheme by which GPs receive payment for treatment of unregistered patients to continue into 2008/09. The amendment to Annex G corrects a minor typographical error.
