The Directions to Health Authorities on dealing with complaints about Family Health Service Practitioners and Personal Medical Services made on 28 July 1998 shall from 1st October 2002 apply to Primary Care Trusts as they applied prior to that date to Health Authorities and accordingly for any reference in those Directions to Health Authorities(however expressed) there shall be substituted a reference to Primary Care Trusts. Part VI of the Directions to Health Authorities on dealing with complaints about Family Health Sertvice Practitioners and Personal Medical Services made on 28 July 1998 shall from 1st October 2002 be revoked.
