In accordance with Regulation 56(2) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005, each Primary Care Trust is the determining authority for the purposes of making a determination for the dispensing fees and allowances for the provision of the enhanced services referred to in direction 4 of the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services)(England) Directions 2005 by pharmacists included in its pharmaceutical list.
Determination
