This Determination is made by the Secretary of State under regulation 58 of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005 and regulation 18A of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 1992. Where a chemist is suspended by direction of the FHSAA, or by a Primary Care Trust (PCT) in England or a Local Health Board (LHB) in Wales as the case may be shall make payments to him, calculated in accordance with this Determination.
