The Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment) (No.2) Directions 2006 makes changes to the Statement of Financial Entitlement (SFE) with effect from 1 April 2006. The SFE relates to the payments to be made by primary care trusts (PCTs) to a contractor under a general medical services (GMS) contract.
