These amendments make further amendments to the Statement of Financial Entitlements (SFE) issued on 30 March 2005 and effective from 1 April 2005.

The primary change set out in these directions is the introduction of a new payment for GMS contractors who engage in the Dispensary Services Quality Payments Scheme, as negotiated earlier this year between NHS Employers and the GPC.  Details are as set out in new SFE Section 17A and the new Annex H.
