This command paper sets out a mid-year update on the progress the Department has made towards achieving its Public Service Agreement (PSA) targets, and follows on from the Departmental Report in May. It details the Department of Health’s aims and objectives that were agreed in Spending Review SR2004 along with an analysis of progress against these targets and Departmental SR2004 Standards. Analysis of live PSA targets resulting from SR2002, SR2000 and Comprehensive Spending Review CSR1998 are also set out in this paper.
