Immunisation programme for poultry workers: guidance on the implementation of a seasonal flu vaccination programme for poultry workers

From 22 January 2007 to 31 March 2007, each Primary Care Trust (PCT) in England will be required to make arrangements to ensure as far as possible that poultry workers, as defined under the Primary Medical Services (Influenza Immunisation Scheme for Poultry Workers) Directions 2007, are offered seasonal influenza vaccine. Each PCT is expected to consider this guidance when making arrangements in order to meet their obligations under the Directions.
