You're Welcome quality criteria sets out principles that will help health services (including non-NHS provision) become young people friendly. It covers areas to be considered by commissioners and providers of health services. Content is based on examples of effective local practice. This second edition includes a new section covering Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. A companion toolkit will be available in Spring 2008.
