The ICCP, which ran between 2004-06, was established to explore how cancer services could be delivered more effectively in the community. UnitedHealth Europe, who managed the ICCP on behalf of the Department of Health, have now published a report on the development of the programme and the key findings that have emerged from the nine pilot sites.
