The renal action learning sets: Phase II interim report, April 2007

Following the success of the first renal action learning sets, the Department of Health commissioned a second phase of this programme comprising six sets in October 06. These sets are focussing on three areas of service improvement using action learning: the pre-dialysis year; transition from paediatric to adult services and acute renal failure. This interim report covers the work they have done so far.
