The NHS Design Review Panel (DRP) was set up to provide independent advice, guidance and support to the NHS at key stages during the design development process of major investment schemes. This document outlines the criteria for review and the procedures and documentation required, and replaces previous guidance issued in 2001.
NHS DRP reviews a range of schemes across community and acute health sectors procured by PFI, LIFT or public capital
NHS DRP is drawn from a pool of professionals who are familiar with NHS procurement and have a diverse range of expertise, not only in architecture but in a range of fields including urban design, capital planning, engineering, NHS management or project management.
