The Design Development Protocol for PFI schemes was first published in January 2001 and subsequently revised in October 2004. This updated, draft version responds to the 2006 changes in EU procurement policy which introduced the Competitive Dialogue procedure. It is being issued first as a consultation document.
All comments are welcome; the consultation period comes to an end on 23 November 2007.
