Infertility Network UK (I N UK) has been asked by the Department of Health, to undertake a project to liaise with Primary Care Trusts in England, to encourage, through the sharing of best practice, implementation of the NICE fertility guideline, and screening for chlamydia, and to ensure that the voice of fertility patients are heard when decisions about the provision of services are made at a local level. The project was launched at the end of June 2006.
