This guidance is to inform and support relevant offender health and NHS professionals, organisations and those who dispense prescriptions for released prisoners. The changes enable prisoners released from prisons and young offender institutions to be issued with an FP10 or FP10[MDA] prescription form to improve continuity of care on release.
