We apologise for the fact that the 2008 CRAG has not been published before. We are in the last stages of updating CRAG: all that remains is to update the guidance on personal injury compensation. However, to assist people in the meantime we are publishing the latest draft of the 2008 CRAG. A fully revised 2008 CRAG will be published as soon as possible.
