This communications pack provides information, promotional material, and key messages to help your organisation support Self Care Week.

Self Care Week aims to raise awareness of the information and resources available to help the public and especially those with a long term condition take control of their own health and wellbeing.

The pack should be used in conjunction with ‘Your health, your way, a guide to long term conditions and self care’, communications toolkit.  (see link attached below)

Please circulate this information to colleagues to help us promote Self Care Week and to ensure we get the word out. Just posting the buttons and banner will let people know that you are supporting Self Care Week.
