David Flory’s report for the fourth quarter January to March  2010/11 provides a summary of the NHS financial position and performance against the national priorities set out in the Revision to the Operating Framework for the NHS in England 2010/11.

This Quarter shows that the NHS has performed well, and includes a chapter on performance over the winter period which shows that the severe weather in December did challenge the NHS but these challenges were met.
