Details

The guide revisions are focused on the feedback and comments received from stakeholders and provides greater clarity when applying the AHP RTT rules. This enables the measurement of waiting times for NHS AHP services and supports service improvement to reduce waiting times and improve patient access to NHS AHP services.

This framework of rules for clock starts and clock stops will be of interest to AHPs delivering NHS funded care (either fully or partially funded) in an autonomous or multidisciplinary service including mental health and learning disabilities services.
