The arrangements for the pay of very senior manager in ALBs have been developed with the help of an executive steering group including ALB representatives and a reference group including non-executive directors or chairs of ALBs, the wider NHS and Managers in Partnership. They have also been approved by the Public Sector Pay Committee.
