The objective of the research reported here is to explore experiences of diabetes services from the perspective of people with diabetes. The study, which was commissioned by the Department of Health, seeks to provide an account of service users' and carers' views of NHS diabetes services to inform the process of development of the Diabetes National Service Framework.
