HR in the NHS Plan: more staff working differently

This document builds on the commitments set out in the NHS Plan. It outlines how the NHS should become the employer of choice, a model employer, and offer a model career to staff and proposes a strategy on how to achieve that vision. It lays out the significant contribution that human resources management can make to patient care, brings all the workforce initiatives together and explicitly links the benefits to be had by staff and patients.
