The guidance will form part of an overall strategy, Positively Diverse, for tackling harassment and discrimination and building up a more diverse workforce. It sets the standards that will be expected of all NHS employers in tackling racial harassment, whilst allowing for local actions to be tailored to meet local circumstances, policies and issues.
