These guidance notes tell Providers how to go about responding to requests from researchers to host non-commercial externally funded R&D. They should be read in conjunction with HSG(97)32 which sets out the background and general policy. This document is one of a series of three sets of detailed guidance, the others being for Researchers, and for University and Charity Research Funders.
