Charging for Residential Accommodation Guide (CRAG) in support of The National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Regulations 1992: Update 22 October 2004

This document gives guidance to Local Authorities on Charging for Residential Accommodation (CRAG). It takes account of changes announced in LAC(2004)25 and is issued under Section 7(1) of the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970 which requires local authorities to exercise Social Services functions under guidance of Secretary of State.
