The Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care sets out the broad priniciple of good research governance.
Annex is not included in the pdf below but is available separately
6 April 2006: In October 2005 we made a minor amendment to the 2nd edition. The last two sentences of footnote 21 on page 34 were new. Unfortunately the amendment was made to a draft that predated the version on the web. This was picked up, and we have posted the correct version on the web in April 2006.
