This report presents an overview of retrospective performance of four schemes, covering 5 providers, in operation under the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) programme. It is based predominantly on monthly returns made by the providers in respect to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) incorporated into their contracts. In some instances the KPIs have been supplemented by additional information, readily supplied by the providers.
