This report details the level of investment in adult mental health services in England for 2003/04 and places it into context by reviewing previous years' findings. The analysis is derived from the detailed finance mapping exercise co-ordinated by Local Implementation Teams (LITs) as part of the regular adult mental health review process undertaken each autumn.
